Announcing Sanderson Realty Field

We are proud to announce that the original home of the Great Lake Canadians is, by name, staying in the family. Our beloved Field of Dreams will become Sanderson Realty Field and will open in the Spring of 2027 with a different look, brand new turf infield among other upgraded amenities.

The Sandersons are an original GLC Family with both Cam and Carter being members of our inaugural GLC teams in 2013. Carter graduated the program in 2018 and moved on the Alma College in Michigan where he received his degree. Cam moved on from GLC to play an impactful role at UBC for 5 years before returning to his current role as a coach within the organization.

Rob (Dad), Lisa (Mom) and sister (Tori) have been long supporters and fans of the program from our beginning and we couldn’t be more excited to honour such a supportive alumni family!

Our Field of Dreams turf fundraising campaign has now raised more than $152,000 toward our $500,000 goal — an incredible milestone made possible by the support of our baseball community.
