As the college season rolls on into May, we are back with our 11th alumni update of the year.

Nick Thibodeau - Howard CC

It hasn’t been much of an adjustment period for the Howard CC catcher. After a home run and a two-hit weekend, he’s now hitting .500 on the season in 30 at-bats with two bombs and eight RBI’s. Thibodeau is hitting on all cylinders right now.

Teddy Brimblecomb - Albion College

Brimblecomb, a freshman at Albion, went two scoreless innings on Friday. The Kitchener, Ont. native is pitching to a 2.84 earned run average in his first taste of college ball.

Tyrus Barclay - University of Mary

Barclay is now hitting .298 after a six-hit week for the University of Mary. He hit his third home run of the year on Wednesday, stole two bases, and cut down a pair of runners stealing behind the plate as well.

Eric Martin - Olney CC

It was a special weekend for Eric Martin. After missing a number of games with an injury, Martin was excellent in his return last weekend, and then on Saturday, the Olney outfielder hit three home runs. The Kitchener, Ont. native is locked in!

Ari Sechopoulos - College of Charleston

The left-handed-hitting slugger was involved in the action offensively for Charleston over the weekend. Sechopoulos picked up a pair of doubles against Elon, driving in two runs. It was a three-hit series overall for the senior who continues to slug in the middle of Charleston’s lineup.
